Granite Comfort was founded in 2018 by Alex Black and Tiger Infrastructure Partners to invest in and partner with established, market-leading HVAC contractors in the United States. We augment the business model of partner businesses by enabling them to add a rental offering to their existing portfolio of home comfort solutions, creating a unique and differentiated selling proposition that is proven to result in accelerated and more predictable business growth.

Alternatively, simply offering a rental model brings peace of mind to the customer as their confidence in us, a contractor willing to stand behind the quality of equipment and installation to the extent that we are willing to take ownership of the equipment and resolve any issues, cannot be matched. Rental creates a long-term relationship with the customer with mutually aligned interests. We are motivated to minimize breakdowns and customer discomfort and to extend the life of our HVAC equipment.”
