Ryan McGavran is the President & Chief Operating Officer for Granite Comfort LP. He leads day-to-day operations and enterprise execution across Granite’s multi-state platform, partnering with the CEO and Board on operating strategy, growth, and value creation.

Ryan has more than 20 years of executive, operational and financial leadership experience scaling private equity and venture-backed, multi-site services platforms. Prior to Granite Comfort, Ryan was CEO and Board Director of Fast Home Services, a West Coast-based HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services platform. He has also helped scaled several venture-backed startups and early-stage ventures, including serving as CFO and COO of Wrench, a national mobile automotive marketplace platform. Earlier in his career, Ryan held numerous executive roles across Fortune 1000 publicly traded, privately held and start-up technology companies.
