Alex has more than 25 years of investment and operational experience focused on supporting management of portfolio companies in organic and external growth strategies, making operational improvements, implementing change management and lean service. Alex was a Partner and Head of Portfolio Management at Alinda Capital Partners including the role of lead Director of Reliance Home Comfort, the pioneer rental HVAC company and now the largest Residential HVAC contractor in Canada. Prior to joining Alinda, Alex was a Senior Director of Kroll Zolfo Cooper working in interim C-level positions and advisory work specializing in implementing strategic and operational turnarounds. He has held CEO, COO and CFO management positions in service, energy and manufacturing businesses and has also been a Board member of numerous companies.

Alison has spent her career managing integrated marketing across all customer touchpoints. Prior to Granite Comfort she has held executive roles at various retail verticals including Kohl’s Department Stores, Stage Stores, CVSHealth, and most recently Conn’s HomePlus.

Andrew Rust is the Vice President of Corporate Development & Finance for Granite Comfort LP. He is responsible for identifying, executing, and integrating acquisitions, implementing the EASE Comfort® Rental Program, and financial management and reporting. Prior to Granite Comfort, Andrew was Corporate Development Manager at Tronair where he led the acquisitions function and managed strategic projects. Andrew started his career as an investment banking analyst at Livingstone Partners before transitioning into Private Equity at Huron Capital Partners and then Corporate Development at General Motors.

Paul Mills is the founder and President of Air Experts Heating and Cooling which was established in 2009. Paul has been in the Heating and Air Conditioning industry since 1985, during which time he joined Piedmont Air Conditioning Company in Raleigh, NC. Paul continued with Service Experts as their Sales Manager and General Manager. Paul’s success is the result of exemplary team building while paying particular attention to customer satisfaction. The culture within Air Experts led to top of the industry processes promoting growth and efficiency. Air Experts has grown to be the largest Residential Heating and Air Conditioning Company in Raleigh.

Marc Blair is a Managing Director and has been a member of the Tiger Infrastructure team since the firm’s inception. Marc was previously a member of the Lehman Brothers' infrastructure private equity team. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Director in the Lehman Brothers Natural Resources Group and as a credit officer with Christiania Bank. Marc serves on the boards of Granite Comfort, American Natural, Danskammer, Strategic Venue Partners, Sunlight Financial, and is a board observer at Summit Brazil Renewables. He holds a BA in International Affairs from Colgate and an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago.

Emil W. Henry, Jr. is the Founder, CEO and a Managing Director at Tiger Infrastructure Partners. Emil previously served as Global Head of Lehman Brothers’ infrastructure private equity business. From 1990-2005, he was a Partner and Managing Director with Gleacher Partners, where he served as Chairman of Asset Management and led the firm’s investment activities. In 2005, Emil was appointed by the President and confirmed by the United States Senate, unanimously, as Assistant Secretary of the Treasury. In this role, he served as attaché to the President’s Working Group on Financial Markets, oversaw the Office of Critical Infrastructure Protection, led the Treasury’s efforts to establish emergency response protocols in the event of a financial crisis and was key advisor to two Treasury secretaries. Emil is recognized as one of the first U.S. senior public officials to outline publicly and prior to the financial crisis how a systemic crisis might unfold driven by Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac’s concentrated holdings of sub-prime mortgages. Emil was awarded the Alexander Hamilton Award, the highest honor the Treasury can bestow upon a public official. Earlier in his career, he was a member of Morgan Stanley’s private equity group. Emil currently serves on the boards of Granite Comfort, American Natural, Sunlight Financial, SmartSky Networks, Zenobe Energy, Danskammer, Modern Aviation, Strategic Venue Partners, Easterly Government Properties, StoneCastle Financial, and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of Summit Brazil Renewables. Emil has represented the U.S. Treasury on the boards of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), and the National Gallery of Art and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He is a frequent public speaker and author, and has been published in leading periodicals including the Wall St. Journal, the Financial Times, National Review, Politico and the Washington Post. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics, cum laude, from Yale University.
