As a licensed HVAC technician and plumber, Timothy Off has built Timothy Off Heating, Cooling and Plumbing with his expertise.  Focused on customers in Chester County, PA, Tim and his team have focused on the local community for honest work and a reputation for giving back to the local community.  Founding in 2002 Tim’s organic growth focused on taking care of his customers and providing high-quality services. Timothy Off Heating, Cooling and Plumbing merged with Signature HVAC and he is the President of the combined operation.
